To support our expanding business and to strengthen our finance team, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to our office in Aarhus.

Finance Manager

In Aarhus we have our European sales and buying organization of 20 people and from here we design, sell, and distribute a wide range of international brands, such as Samsonite, Wilson, Beckmann, Babolat, Novo Nordisk and carry a strong portfolio of licensed and own brands like LEGO®, Caterpillar®, New Balance® and Ellehammer®.

You will be a member of our Danish finance team and report directly to Group Financial Controller in Hong Kong.

  • Preparation and provide analysis of monthly management reports
  • Accounting entries and reconciliations
  • Review financial reporting systems, accounting or collection procedures, or advice changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, or other financial control functions
  • Ascertain that the accounting records and paperwork comply with local statutory requirements and the company’s accounting policy
  • In charge of Danish annual audit, assist in Group’s reporting of annual and interim audit, and liaise with external auditors and tax representatives
  • Preparing the annual budget and forecast
  • Cash management
  • HR and Administration support to Aarhus office
  • Assist Group Financial Controller in finance projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Travelling is required when needed



  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or equivalent
  • Relevant working experience in accounting / Finance Manager
  • Familiar with Danish accounting, taxation requirements and relevant regulations
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in Power BI is an advantage
  • Analytical, pragmatic and detail-oriented and good at asserting your influence when needed
  • An eye for detail as well as being a strong communicator on a general level
  • Good collaboration skills within your team as well as the desire to collaborate across functions
  • Fluent in English and Danish, both orally and in writing
